For a major colour change, colour correction, or first visit with us, yes. It helps us assess your hair, align on your goal, and reserve the right timing. A virtual consultation is available, too.
A cut and finish is usually 60–75 minutes. Colour services range from around two hours for a refresh to four-plus hours for a full transformation. We’ll give you a clear estimate when confirming.
Always. New guests are especially welcome, and we intentionally allow time to understand your hair history, lifestyle and desired maintenance level.
Arrive with clean, dry hair and bring a few reference images if that helps. Please let us know about any colour or chemical services from the last two years — honesty gives us the best result.
